Un film-parabola (sau film-fabula, daca vreti) care imbina o poveste morala cu niste peisaje incintatoare si cu o muzica pe masura.
Este povestea unui om de lume care renunta la mondenitate pentru solitudine si monahism, ajungind in cele din urma sa-si puna la indoiala vocatia. Tema unei nuvele de Tolstoi ("Parintele Serghi") este adaptata mai mult decit convenabil de fratii Taviani. In rolul principal, Julian Sands, croit anume pentru roluri de idealisti melancolici.
Un film care merita vazut. Pentru realizarea subtitrarii am folosit subpack-ul unui DVD editat recent in Italia. Vizionare placuta!

After his demotion, "Action Jackson" begins investigating murders of Union members for Dellaplane's company. De obicei, daca exista subtitrari in romana/engleza pentru un film, le postez. In cazul lui Dawning, din pacate, nu sint. Mai asteptam, poate fanii lui Hopkins...
