Viata insasi este magie, iar daca nu crezi asta, macar incearca sa o traiesti ca pe ceva magic.

Voiam să mulţumesc pentru postarea de mai sus, Bear sau Arctrodus, nu reuşeam să fac rost de el (doar torrente inactive).

Întrucât e rara reconstrucţia evoluţiei sau / şi dispariţiei unor animale preistorice (altele decât dinozaurii), m-am gândit să completez.

Întrucât pe Net circulă numeroase versiuni, unele tiny (350 Mb) altele HDTV (de obicei 1,09 Gb), cu diferite nume, pe National Geographic şi Nat Geo WILD România, au rulat cu alte nume, am urmărit să fac o sitematizare a corespondenţelor celor mai răspândite versiuni, am postat ce am găsit, urmând ca pe măsură ce voi mai depista şi altele, să le postez şi pe acestea!
De asemenea, anii lansării nu sunt foarte clari, capturile având diverse specificaţii, uneori diferite pentru acelaşi material. E posibil ca releaser-ii să fi pus ca dată, momentul în care s-a făcut captura. Am remarcat că unele au şi numere, probabil ordinea în care au apărut pe postul respectiv. Pe siturile oficiale, nu sunt numerotate. Am preferat ordinea în care le-am găsit!
Din păcate nu au subtitrări, dar pentru amatorii evoluţiilor unor specii, sper să fie interesant, prezentarea fosilelor alternând cu interviuri explicative şi reconstituiri 3D.

În România a rulat sub numele de "Megalodon".
Deocamdată doar variantă HDTV.

Ne ia cu frig şi când vedem "micii" descendenţi de azi, care pot atinge doar 4 ... 6 metri. Oare cum am fi reacţionat la vederea terifianţilor Megalodonţi?

Wolf sau Killer Wolf (2007) National Geographic şi Nat Geo WILD

În România a rulat sub numele de "Canis Dirus" şi multe datări de pe Net, corespund anului 2007, altele anului 2008.
2 variante: Atât varianta HDTV 720p, cât şi o mini-variantă de 350 Mb.

Nu a fost nici pe departe cel mai mare, dar a fost un temut prădător datorită obiceiului de a forma haite. Atât de eficient că putea fura prada unor prădători mai mari precum ursul, tigrul cu colţi-sabie sau înfricoşătoarea pasăre Phorusrhacidae.

Redutabila hienă contemporană, părea un janic pigmeu pe lângă temutul său strămoş. Şi totuşi, la un moment dat, modificarea climei terestre a favorizat organismele de talie mai mică.

A dominat lejer toată America de Sud. Migraţia plăcilor tectonice, precum şi o sumă de alte fenomene geologice au dus la crearea istmului ce uneşte cele 2 Americi. Deodată a avut competitori tot atât de redutabili.
