Rezumat
Inspirata din evenimente reale petrecute in New York la inceputul anilor '80, drama romantica "All Good Things" il are in centrul actiunii pe David Marks, fiul magnatului Sanford Marks, care detine un imperiu imobiliar in Manhattan. Indragostindu-se nebuneste de o frumoasa studenta la medicina pe nume Katie McCarthy, David Marks nu ia in considerare faptul ca aceasta face parte din alta clasa sociala si se casatoreste cu ea, parasind metropola si refugiindu-se impreuna cu femeia iubita in Vermont pentru a-si consuma idila. Dupa o vreme, David si Katie cedeaza insistentelor lui Sanford Marks si se intorc la New York, iar tanara sotie isi reia studiile medicale si devine independenta, spre furia sotului care manifesta tendinte violente si pare obsedat sa-si mentina controlul asupra ei. Situatia se complica atunci cand Katie dispare fara urma, iar David este suspectat de uciderea ei, fara ca autoritatile sa descopere vreun cadavru sau vreun indiciu care sa conduca la rezolvarea misterului. Dupa 20 de ani de la disparitia femeii, un reporter si un politist decid insa sa redeschida cazul ramas nesolutionat... |
