Storyline:
In urma cu 10 ani, Driver a fost arestat si condamant la inchisoare sub acuzatia de a fi incercat sa jefuiasca o banca. In timpul respectivei tentative de jaf, fratele lui Driver a fost asasinat din cauza tradarii unora dintre complici, motiv pentru care singurul scop caruia Driver ii dedica acum toata energia este gasirea si anihilarea celor care au contribuit la moartea rudei lui de sange si la trimiterea sa in judecata. Mai hotarat decat oricand sa isi faca dreptate pe cont propriu, cu arma in mana, Driver viziteaza rand pe rand cele patru persoane ale caror nume si adrese sunt inscrise pe lista lui neagra, insa cu fiecare crima pe care o comite atrage asupra lui atentia unui asasin profesionist si a unui politist aflat in pragul pensionarii. In vreme ce politisul isi face un titlu de onoare din a-l captura pe Driver si a-si incheia cariera in mod glorios, egocentristul ucigas il urmareste pe justitiar fiindca simte ca in sfarsit a intalnit un adversar pe masura lui. Intr-o cursa pe viata si pe moarte, in care vanatorul se poate transforma in orice moment in prada, Driver isi da seama ca lista cu posibilii vinovati pentru decesul fratelui sau este incompleta...
