We received your email. We assume that your query was related to the recent system changes. Today we are restructuring according to the feedback we received from all our customers and therefore assume that your issue is resolved. If this is not the case, we sincerely apologize and would like to ask you to reply to this email.
As a result of the recent adjustments to our product and pricing model we have received a lot of feedback from our users. There was also positive response but we want to be honest with you: most answers were negative. With our adjustments we have alienated many users. As a matter of course, that was not our intention. Instead, it is our goal to introduce a system that gives you more flexibility. However, we are happy about every single user response that we have received as this is the only way we can learn what our users really want. That is the reason why we have fundamentally revised our offer one more time and made it much simpler.
In addition to the free Premium Accounts, with immediate effect there is only one package for everybody: RapidPro For 99 Rapids you immediately receive a traffic volume of 30 GB and a secured storage volume of 10 GB which last for 30 days.
RapidPro: price - 30 days / sec. storage - 30 days / traffic - 30 days 99 Rapids / 10 GB / 30 GB
If you need more volume, you can buy extra volume, of course. Each additional 1 GB of storage costs 2 Rapids per 30 days. 5 GB additional traffic volume will be charged with only 14 Rapids.
Additional storage: Additional traffic: 1 GB = 2 Rapids/ 30 days 5 GB = 14 Rapids
Unused traffic volume does not expire. The prices for Rapids remain the same as before.
Prepaid funds

That means that you can use your RapidPro 30 days for only 99 Cent making the new RapidShare second to none also in terms of value for money.
Please note that you have the following options in your account settings:
- Keep files forever: This option is not activated in the default settings. This means that if you exceed your storage volume, files that have not been downloaded for 60 days will automatically be deleted.
- Automatic purchase of traffic: This option is activated in the default settings. As soon as you reach the limit of your traffic volume, you will automatically buy additional volume.
- Automatic RapidPro extension: This option is activated in the default settings. Your RapidPro package will automatically be extended after 30 days if you still have Rapids left. You can change these settings at any time in your account settings.

Dear RS AG,
What you've done for the past few days shows greed and lack of respect for your clients. On the 1st of July, you launched a new price scheme which was poorly explained in your news section and was beneficial only to you. You've managed to alienate your clients with this move and you implemented a prepaid card system for people who paid for guaranteed traffic. How would you guys feel if your GSM provider would do what you did? You get a nice contract for your phone and suddenly your flat rate is taken away. You would not like it and you would change providers just like myself and hundreds of other RS users. Look on forums and you will see how people switched to Megaupload and SharingMatrix. What you did was highway robbery. In just a few days you took away half of my "Rapids". The whole point of having a contract/premium account is to get a flat rate. If you don't have this flat rate, there is no point in having a premium account. Today you sent out an e-mail to your clients saying you listened to us and you made things better. It is obvious that you were not reading carefully what we want. I doubt people want to "buy rapids" instead of having a flat contract. Moreover, you became so greedy that no matter what we do with the account we get charged. Not being the only game in town means I do not have to stick with you. I paid for my account fifty something euros and you took away over 1 month of flat traffic. I don't find this fair and this shows lack of respect towards myself and people in a similar situation.
You can be assured that you've lost another customer to the competition. Thank you very much for your time.
