Carry On Girls (1973)
Fircombe este o mică staţiune la malul mării care duce lipsă acută de turiști.
Sidney Fidler, membru al consiliului, vine cu propunerea de a se organiza un concurs de miss pentru a face publicitate orășelului.
Augusta Prodworthy, o feministă convinsă, se opune vehement proiectului, dar după ce ea va părăsi ședinţa, primarul Frederick Bumble va fi convins să dea “undă verde” proiectului.
Sidney o va convinge pe Connie Philpotts, iubita sa și proprietara hotelului din oraș, să le găzduiască pe concurente, iar pe prietenul său Peter Potter să vină în Fircombe pentru a se ocupa de promovarea evenimentului.
Cu toată opoziţia logodnicei sale, Peter va veni.
Sosirea concurentelor și dorinţa feministelor de a sabota concursul vor provoca o serie aproape nesfârșită de situaţii amuzante.
