Bertram Oliphant West, cunoscut sub numele de Bo Vest, vrea să īndepărteze reputatia pe nedrept adusa.
El se alătură Legiunii Străine, impreuna cu servitorul sau Simpson.
Dar fortul in care ajung plin de legionari excentrici, și sunt probleme cu localniciia.
Ne stiind unde ar putea fi, iubita lui a plecat sa-l caute...
