START -> Run, and enter msconfig
Select Selective Startup
Click on the 'Startup' tab
Uncheck any programs that you do not want Windows to run at startup.
... aici cauți dacă este vreo intrare cu acea adresă, pe care o deselectezi...
Click „OK”
Click „Restart”
Mai poți folosi:
WhatInStartup - Disable/delete programs at Windows startup

Altă soluție:
Căutați și ștergeți o eventuală intrare în „Startup” folder:
(Click Start -> Program Files -> Startup -> ) sau:
Windows 7:
%systemdrive%\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
For all users, you will find the startup folder in:
%systemdrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Be aware that there may be programs starting in these folders as well:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
and:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Am si eu aceiasi problema,am umblat la startup dar nu am gasit nici o legatura cu acel sait iar setarea cu home page nu sa modificat nimic adica cand pornesc browserul pleaca cu setarea stabilta de mine.Problema apare la pornire sau restartare.
Am scanat cu MalwareBytes si am gasit vreo 3 trojan dar se pare ca nu a fost de la ei findca tot am avut problema
Astept alte solutii(pareri)

Eu am avut aceeasi problema pe XP, dar pe site-ul vnn.bz.
Asa am reusit sa scap:
The solution is to bring up your registry. Click on Start, click on Run, type in regedit. Next click on My Computer in Regedit, then click on Edit along the top menu and select Find from the drop down. type in click.vnn.bz and click on Find Next. Delete the registry entries you find, you will find serveral so you will need to keep clicking on Find Next or F3 after deleting an entry. do this until you have removed all registry entries.
There are two registry entries in particular that is causing the problem and they are listed below, but go ahead and delete all registry entries you find that have the click.vnn.bz in it.
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\DefaultPrefix
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\Prefixes
Dupa asta am rulat HijackThis, si totul a revenit la normal.
