Plot
Sean Vetter and Demetrius Hicks are members of the DEA who are
fighting an ongoing drug war on the California/Mexico border,
they are most successful at it because of their edge of
growing up on the street and being thugs converted to cops.
The DEA busts one of the major players by the name of "Memo"
Lucero and imprison him in the United States but then a major
player named Diablo then takes over the business and now he is
now the major player targeted by Vetter and his team. But when
Vetter's wife is killed in a botched hit organized by Diablo,
he seeks revenge against those responsible and in the process
has to seek help from the imprisoned Lucero in order to catch
Diablo. But in the process, Vetter and Hicks have to fight
their way up the chain to get to Diablo but it's easier said
than done when all Vetter can focus on is revenge...-

Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel) si partnerul său Demetrius Hicks (Larenz Tate) s-au ridicat de pe străzile periculoase ale Los Angeles-ului si acum lucrează impreună ca agenți DEA, ducand un război ce durează de 7 ani pentru a anihila puternica rețea de droguri de la granița mexicană. Sunt porecliți pistolarii pentru metodele lor dure. Perseverența celor doi dă roade atunci cand il arestează pe Memo Lucero (Geno Silva), controversatul cap al cartelului Baja, care e inchis intr-o inchisoare de maximă siguranță. Vetter poate, in sfarsit, să se ducă acasă la soția lui - Stacy (Jacqueline Obradors) - o adevărată oază de liniste in mijlocul brutalei realități a străzii.
Dar imediat după arestarea lui Lucero, un personaj misterios, cunoscut doar sub numele de Diablo, revendică violent cartelul Baja. Atunci cand Vetter si Hicks caută să-l identifice si să-l oprească pe acest individ periculos si enigmatic, Diablo transformă lupta in ceva personal si ii răpeste lui Vetter singura persoană care-i dădea sens vieții– Stacy.
Neavand nimic de pierdut, Vetter se foloseste de tot ce are la indemană pentru a-l captura pe Diablo – inclusiv o alianță neasteptată cu Lucero, seful cartelului. E in stare de orice pentru a răzbuna moartea soției sale si alunecă periculos către limita legii, riscand să-si strice relațiile cu secția de poliție pe care a servit-o toată viața.
Superstarul Vin Diesel interpretează rolul provocator al agentului DEA, Sean Vetter, care pierde totul in lupta sa de a-l captura pe noul si maleficul boss al drogurilor.
