The links are extracted from a bought game, ans so in the server-log it seems that you´ve bought the game and download it legally

How to install:
Download the 8 Data Files
Download the GTA IV.exe and extract it into the same direcory as the .dat files
Then you´ve 2 possibilities:

Open the GTA IV.exe and install the game as usual
If this doesn´t work for you you can extract the .data files with the included "Uniextract 1.6"

First you have to download the GTA IV.exe:
