This is a Russian RIP of GTA: San Andreas...they crammed the whole game into 1 670MB ISO for people that don't have DVD-Rom drives. It's exactly like the normal version, but the radio stations and most of the cutscene audio have been ripped.

I don't know why it's been renamed and repacked (it's the same one I've had for a while). |
