Best Friends Sue (Melissa Johnston), Lexi (Lisa Younger) and Cheryl (Jeneta St. Clair) have a pact going to save their virginity until they find the right man and get married. As their 18th birthdays approach, the trio decide to throw a big party to celebrate.
