From time to time use Online Update pressing "Check For Updates" under the Help menu... then go to :
C:|Documents and Settings|All Users|Application Data|Microsoft|Windows Defender|Definition Updates|{6705DEB0-C055-4F8A-A374-7803E2DAE520} ...and copy those 3 files ( mpasbase.vdm, mpasdlta.vdm, MpEngine.dll )

then unrar the "_Project" archive from within this torrent, following approximately the same coresponding path ( _PROJECT|Defender|Application Data|Microsoft|Windows Defender|Definition Updates|Default ) and replace the old 3 files with the new updated ones ... return to the root of _Project folder and Run "Create Defender.cmd" to obtain the Updated Microsoft Windows Defender .

Right click on "Create Defender.cmd" file and choose Edit to avoid any suspicions...
