In a challenge designed to test who has what it takes to cater to LA Market’s high-profile clientele, Chef Ramsay asks the contestants to prepare and serve their signature dishes in food trucks to sell to the downtown Los Angeles lunch crowd. The chef with the most popular dish earns a Beverly Hills makeover by celebrity hairstylist Josh Eber and fashion guru Steven Cojocaru, while the rest of the contestants are forced to scrub down their food trucks and prepare HELL’S KITCHEN for dinner service. Later, a disappointing dinner service and underwhelming individual performances push Chef Ramsay to the edge.
