Windows Vista Recovery CD
If you can't boot Vista and don't have the Vista CD/DVD:
1. Burn the image
2. Boot from CD/DVD
3. After choosing language choose "Repair your computer"
4. Start the "Command Prompt"
5. And write "bootrec.exe /fixmbr" to write to the mbr (vista start after reboot) or "bootrec.exe /fixboot" to write a boot sector (you have GRUB/LILO but doesn't have Vista Loader)
6. Reboot and eject the CD
7. Now Vista should start
Very handy if your can't start Vista, becuse (eg.) GRUB have overwritten your Vista Loader. Windows Vista Recovery CD
Dacă nu se poate boot Vista şi nu au Vista CD / DVD:
1. Burn imaginea
2. Boot de pe CD / DVD
3. Dupa alegerea limbii alege "Reparare computer"
4. Start "Command Prompt"
5. Şi scrie "Bootrec.exe / fixmbr" pentru a scrie la MBR (start vista la repornirea sistemului) sau "Bootrec.exe / fixboot" pentru a scrie un sector de boot (aveţi GRUB / LILO, dar nu are Vista Loader)
6. Reboot şi a scoate CD-ul
7. Acum Vista ar trebui să īnceapă
Foarte la īndemānă, dacă dumneavoastră nu poate porni Vista, becuse (de exemplu) GRUB au suprascris dvs. Vista Loader.
