S-ar putea sa ai un malware care ti-a modificat fisierul host din windows.
Intri in :
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc si gasesti "hosts" pe care il deschizi cu notepad

site-urile cu 127.0.0.1 in fata vor fi blocate - cele cu alcohol din exemplu
pur si simplu stergi aceste intrari si salvezi asa fisierul dupa care ar trebui sa mearga din nou.Nu mai tin minte probabil necesita si un reboot calculator.
Oricum dupa aceea ai nevoie de o scanare a sistemului de virusi si malware.
