To extract the parts ending in 001, 002, etc, you DON'T need hjsplit.
Instead, you select the 001 file and extract with 7-zip.
7-zip is free and it will extract any format (including hjsplit and rar files).
You don't need to have anything else installed to extract or compress files ;D
