well 1stly sorry on delay, was supposed to release this yesterday but has other things on, anyway
loaded avs script into vdub, added deflicker filter, deblock filter, color balance filter, Lancoz Resize,
smoothness filter, denoise, some other stuff also, applied all those and it looks pretty good, did upscale
the video from 320 to 624 so it's far from perfect but it's a cam
