Direct from Showtime and into living rooms across the country, the nation's best urban stand-up comics take the stage in an all-star comedy extravaganza hosted by comedian and Academy Award-winning actor Jamie Foxx. Never mind traveling to the club for a solid night of comedy because in this release that laughs just keep on flowing as Speedy, Alex Thomas, Rodney Perry, and Lavell Crawford put a new face on the future of stand up. With special appearances by Will Smith and Steve Harvey, this is one night of stand up comedy truly brings the stars home.
The stand-up comedy special Laffapalooza! 2 features sets by African-American comics David Allen Grier, Corey Holcomb, Christ Thomas, and T.K. Kirkland. Hosted by Jaime Foxx, the special also features appearances by Mike Epps, and John Witherspoon.
Hosted by Jamie Foxx, Laffapalooza! 3 features performances by four African-American stand-up comics including Kenny Howell, Chris Spencer, Aries Spears, and Sheryl Underwood. The legendary Dick Gregory, and sitcom star D.L. Hughley also make appearances.
Hosted by Jamie Foxx, Laffapalooza! 4 features performances by stand-up comics Juan Villareal, Sherri Shepherd, Darrel Heath, Mike Bonner, and Spike Davis. Flex Alexander, Mike Epps, and Steve Harvey also make appearances.
Academy award winner and comedian Jamie Foxx hosts Laffapalooza 5, a collection of performances by stand-up comics. In addition to sets from Kevin Hart, Dennis Gaxiola, Dominique, and Earthquake; the video contains a performance by rappers Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh.
Laffapalooza!: Volume 6 features Oscar winner Jamie Foxx hosting a night of stand-up comedy that includes sets from Geoff Brown, Rush Rush, Gerald Kelly, Benji Brown, JB Smoove, and others.
Laffapalooza!: Volume 7 features Oscar winner Jamie Foxx hosting a night of stand-up comedy that includes sets from James Hannah, Joe Blount, Rob Stapleton, Luenell, Loni Love, and others.
Hosted by Jamie Foxx, Laffapalooza! 8 features stand-up performances by a variety of comics including Darius Bradford, Rodney Perry, Mike Estime, and Leon Rogers.
