Plot:Captain John Holmes has been sent to encourage the Spanish landowners in California to register their land. To keep Don Jose from registering his, Don Pablo kidnaps him. Earlier Holmes did a favor for Morgan and his ruffian gang by keeping them from being arrested. Now he calls on Morgan to repay that favor by helping him fight Don Pablo and his men.
