Polnav v5 full version
Requirements: WinCE 4.2/5.0, Windows Mobile 5/6, CPU 200MHz above, RAM: 32MB above, Resolution: 320x240 ,480x242, 800x480, any dimension, Device: PND, PDA, Cell Phone
Overview: PolNav is an advanced navigation software that make you enjoy your driving experience. The user friendly UI design and in-time voice guidance relieve the stress of your driving in the area where you feel strange. The smart input keyboard eases the input of address. Detailed route information allows you to browse the whole path and estimated arrival time. Every turn you are going to drive through can be viewed either in text or map form. During your driving, the navigation map view allow you to know the current street and city you are in, the next street you are going to turn. The fast pop-up menu eases your operation during the driving. If you like to travel, the itinerary settings allow you to save the journey in advance. More than 10 waypoints can be set for an itinerary.
Try this:
Instruction: I tested for PNA/PND version only not sure PDA can work or not.
1. Download, unrar and copy to your SD card.
2. Download map here
3. Do not change the map name to star.map, use the original map name. Eg. Canada = Canada.map. This only applicable if you use the old R4 map. For R5 map just copy to map folder.
4. Run navigator on your device the map will auto register by itself

IF NOT WORKING FIRST TIME TRY THIS
I have managed to get mine to work after reading another post........
What I had to do:
Download polnav v4
Code:
Finean v4 with keygen (similar to the V3 keygen hack)
Instructions:
1. Copy finean_4kg.exe to the finean directory.
2. Run Finean_4kg.exe. It will complain about the Map not being registered.
3. Go to the register menu, enter any code you like and press "done".
4. It will say the map is registered.
5. Exit Finean_4kg.exe, you will find the key is generated under \Map\*.key.
6. Re-run finean_4kg.exe and navigate. (You can even run it with the original finean.exe version, since a valid key has now been generated)

Copy new 2008 (v5) map into v4 map folder and rename to star.map
Copy v4 map keygen into v4 map folder and run. This generates a key file.
Copy map and key file into v5 map folder.
Polnav v5 then runs o.k with the new map !!

Eu l-am testat si merge suuuper..... pacat ca nu are si limba romana. Hartile se pun in foldarul "map".

Cum l-ai testat? Pe traseu sau in simulare? Eu am incercat sa il conectez la sateliti si nu am rezistat pe balcon pana sa reuseasca. Poate daca e demo se poate folosi numai in modul simulare? A reusit cineva?
In simulare merge OK si arata neasteptat de bine, chiar super comparativ cu MioMap 2008, numai ca la calculul traseului trebuie sa ai rabdare, adica un traseu Nant - Paris il calculeaza in cca 5 minute.

L-am testat pe traseu.... am probat rute scurte. Am sa incerc maine sai dau o ruta mai lunga sa vedem daca ai dreptate "ZVONACFIRST"

Pai la o ruta Paris-Marseille a tot rutat 30min pana s-a blocat. Iar cand il treci in 3D merge ca ochii mortului, cel putin pe tinicheaua mea. Astazi voi incerca cu harta full europe.

Nu stiu de ce merge asa de greu la tine.........."ZVONACFIRST". Eu am un DVD cu navigatie pe masina si-mi calculeaza repede. I-am dat sa calculeze un drum Germania Romania si s-a calculat cam in 30 sec. Din pacate Romania nu este asa detailiata.

Dupa ce am pus harta full eu merge bine. Cand am postat mai sus aveam numai harta Fr.
Cu conectarea la sateliti cum e?
Ai dreptate, la detaliere sufera cumplit. Nu cred ca este utilizabil in Ro. Poate in Buc, dar in tara e cuminte rau. Daca ii dai BU gaseste numai Bucuresti si Buzau, ori in Ro sunt multe localitati care incep cu BU.

Am testat si Polnav: deoarece are harti Navteq NU este utilizabil in Europa de Est. Ca grafica parca e ceva mai bun ca MioMap 2008. O chestie pozitiva: se autoadapteaza cred, la toate aparatele de pe piata. Conectarea la sateliti se face destul de rapid si are si functia de autodetectie..
