 Exista programe cu care sa incerci sa recuperezi din date. Important e sa nu instalezi peste datele existente (nu este cazul la tine). Eu am incercat cateva programe, dintre cele laudate pe google. Concluzii: fisierele mai mari, de ex filme nu am mai recuperat nimic; fisierele mai mici, de pana in 10 mb - ok; structura folderelor nu a mai fost refacuta cum era, iar unele fisiere nu au mai aparut deloc; cu cat ai partitii mai mari, cu atat dureaza mai mult.
Despre bad-uri:
Daca ai avut deschis calculatorul peste zi si ai lucrat la el, mai bine lasi pe maine, decat sa fortezi, pentru ca, scanarea hard discului e un efort sustinut.

Hard disk drive is an integral part of every computer. It stores all your information. One of the most prevalent defects of hard drives are bad sectors on the disk surface. Bad sectors are a part of the disk surface which contains not readable, but frequently necessary information. If your hard drive is damaged by bad sectors, it is not only becomes unfit for use, but also you risk losing information stored on it.
If you suspect that your hard disk drive is damaged and contains bad sectors, you have difficulties to copy data from your disk, your operating system is unstable or you unable to boot to Windows altogether – don’t rush to throw out your disk and don’t think that your important information is irretrievably lost. Take advantage of HDD Regenerator – the unique program for regeneration of hard disk drives. HDD Regenerator will regenerate your hard drive by magnetic reversal. As a result, not readable damaged information will be restored. With all this going on, the existing information will not be lost!
HDD Regenerator regenerates hard disk drives exclusively at physical level. It ignores file system and can be used with FAT, NTFS or any other file system, and also with unformatted or unpartitioned disks. During regeneration, the disk structure is not changed and the existing data is not affected.

The main purpose of the unregistered demo version is to display the report which contains information about the possibility to regenerate the entire disk by means of the registered full version. If the first found bad sector has been successfully regenerated , then you can use the registered version to regenerate all bad sectors on your hard drive. If the first bad sector has not been successfully regenerated, then replace your hard disk drive as soon as possible.
Note HDD Regenerator does not change the logical structure of a hard disk drive. Therefore the file system may contain logical bad sectors marked earlier, and other disk utilities such as Scandisk will detect bad sectors even if the hard drive is successfully regenerated by HDD Regenerator. To remove non-existent bad sectors from the file table, repartition your hard disk drive or use PowerQuest PartitionMagic (Bad Sector Retest option)
Sau:
Step1 - Double-click on My Computer to open the My Computer window.
Step2 - Select the disk that you want to diagnose and repair.
Step3 - Choose Properties from the File menu. You should see the Properties window for the drive that you selected.
Step4 - Choose the Tools tab.
Step5 Click the Check Now button under Error Checking Status.
Step6 - Depending on your version of Windows, choose either "Thorough" or "Scan for and Attempt Recovery of Bad Sectors."
Step7 - Click on Start.
