Improvements:
1. Solved "annoying" bar on top of the main screen (inspirated by Guido)
2. Splash screen by Fabri22
3. Saved Settings
4. GPS connect is based on application GpsGateCE (without installation, run is ensured in script)
5. 2 ways (scripts) to run under MioPocket - see readme.txt

After Garmin's exit will be restart (my experience is that this is only save way ...)
