Kayak Extreme is a very interesting program. It simulates racing a kayak downstream and, to a complete novice in this challenging sport, does it well.

The graphics are as close to real as it is possible to get and almost boggles the mind, especially if you try to work out how many hours the game designer took in getting the water to look right. Unfortunately, games are not judged on graphics alone and other things must be taken into consideration, such as game play.

The game comes with a manual that MUST be read before play is started as it explains the controls and how to play the game.
