This program is intended to provide Micro$oft Messenger Service functionality, with clean graphical interface and spoof/flood options. It allows you to send messages through 2 methods:
I). Through MAILSLOTMESSNGR, using CreateFile()/WriteFile(); like Win9x WinPopup program.
II). Through WinNT native Net API NetMessageBufferSend(); like WinNT/2K "net send" command.
Main disadvantages of this second method are: it needs WinNT/2K, has low speed and needs remote administrator access to use spoof. (And, sure, computer from which you want to send your message MUST be online)
Read WinPopup and "net send" help for more info about usage of Micro$oft Messenger Service.

This one is for those kind of communication that WinPopup  provides in Win 3.11/9x and Win NT/2k/XP has built in as a system service. IF YOU ARE ON A LAN with a bunch of Win NT/2k/XP machines, then you can:

* send anonymous messages so users doesn't know who are you!
* send messages "from admin" asking them to "close that XXX site"!
* send multiple messages and they can't even stop such a hell!
* send messages to all the network at once!

Pentru cei care nu inteleg mare lucru din postul de mai sus o sa explic mai pe romaneste in 2-3 cuvinte:
* La "From" puneti ce nume vreti( numele unui calc. din Lan, numele providerului; acest nume va aparea ca fiind cel care trimite mesajul )
* La "To" puneti numele calculatorului tintei (daca nu stiti numele calculatorului folositi un scanner cum ar fi Ipscan pe care-l gasiti pe google)
* Mai intai incercati-l pe calculatorul personal punand la "To" numele calculatorului vostru ...asta ca sa vedetzi cum functioneaza
* Daca folositi un LanChat precum BORGChat puteti sa trimiteti mesaje cu nick-ul unui user din acest chat punand la "From" nick-ul iar la "To" numele calculatorului tintei...sa-i vedetzi cum se cearta dup-acea pe # Main.... va inshirati pe jos de ras (garantat100%)
* Atentie !!! programul n-o sa mearga decat daca va aflati intr-un LAN (Local Area Network) iar calculatoarele trebuie sa aiba obtiunea File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks activata...la mine in Lan 98% din calc. au aceasta obtiune activa
