To use any copy catalog from Localization.zip (in ISO) to Localization dir (C:-Program Files-Electronic Arts-SimCity™ Societies-Localization) and edit language.ini

4. Copy the cracked file located in the Crack directory on the DVD to your
installation directory, rename original file (or delete) and rename cracked file to SimCitySocieties.exe.
5. Play the game.
