As the movie's title implies, Daffy Duck stars in an Ebenezer Scrooge-like role in the Looney Tunes retelling of this classic tale. In the beginning of the movie, Bugs Bunny pops up out of his hole to clear away the snow, and explains to us he's a rabbit of all seasons, despite the fact rabbits are associated with Easter. He is then almost run over by Daffy Duck's gas guzzling Humvee.

Adaptare haioasa dupa "Poveste de Craciun" - "A Christmas Carol" de Charles Dickens, Fleacuri, zise ratoiul! este un film de sarbatori marca Looney Tunes.
Angajatii supermarketului Lucky Duck ( al carui patron este zgarcitul Daffy Duck ) sunt exploatati pe nedrept. Pentru a castiga si mai multi bani de pe urma clientilor care au amanat cumparaturile de sarbatori pana in ultimul moment, Daffy le cere angajatilor sai, inclusiv suferindului manager Porky Pig, sa lucreze chiar si in ziua de Craciun. In aceasta situatie, toate sperantele angajatilor depind de Bugs Bunny si de Fantomele Craciunului Trecut, (Tweety si Granny), Fantoma Craciunului Prezent (Yosemite Sam) si Fantoma Viitorului Craciun (Taz). Acestia trebuie sa-l convinga pe Daffy ca face o mare greseala si impreuna sa incerce sa le salveze ziua de Craciun indragitilor eroi de la Looney Tunes !

In a hilarious take on the holiday classic, "A Christmas Carol," "A Looney Tunes Christmas" follows the exploits of Daffy Duck, the "Scrooge-like" proprietor of the "Lucky Duck" mega-mart. To take financial advantage of last minute shoppers, Daffy demands that his employees, including his long suffering manager, Porky Pig, work on Christmas Day instead of spending the holiday with their families. Its up to Bugs Bunny and the ghosts of Christmas past (Tweety and Granny), present (Yosemite Sam) and future (Taz) to make sure that Daffy realizes the error of his ways and saves Christmas for the Looney Tunes gang.
