Originally filmed in 3-D, Friday the 13th Part 3 presents another chapter in the life (or should I say after-life) of Jason, a boy who drowned in the waters of Crystal Lake. Camp counselors have proven to be no match for Jason in the earlier films of this series, but this time he encounters more formidable opponents in the form of members of a motorcycle gang. The action takes place on a rustic farm that provides both the serene setting and the privacy Jason desires when stalking his prey.

I hope you all enjoy this little rarity, reliving this piece of film history or seeing it in its true form for the first time. Friday the 13th part 3 3D was released originally in 1982 and in 1990 in Japan on their exclusive VHD video disc system (which used a type of LCD-lens glasses plugged into this system). VHD source from discs sold around 15-17 years ago, you can understand this is why it is NOT high quality video that had been captured and it is what it is.
To experience the best possible 3D quality, be sure to have the correct color settings from your monitor/screen. Red should be red and blue should be blue. If these colors are off, then the red/blue lenses in the glasses will not pick up the colors right shown on your screen/monitor and could diminish or inhibit the 3D quality, best viewing is suggested in a darkened room. Last of all the archive contains 2 elementary streams, one video .mpv & one audio .mpa. Join these 2 files with an mpeg multiplexer like TMPEG [FREE] encoder's mpeg tools, multiplex as a mpeg1 system and the resulting output will be 874,343MB so make sure to allocate HD space, slap on those 3D glasses and enjoy the show
