Crazy Machines puts you in the role of lab assistant to a crazy scientist who asks you to help him with his experiments. As the game goes along you are asked by the scientist to work on harder and harder projects, and slowly work your ways from lowly lab assistant into a full-fledged scientific partner in crime. The concept of Crazy Machines is simple, you basically are given an assignment and with an assorted list of devices you have to accomplish the goals of each experiment in the least amount of time. While the concept of Crazy Machines is simple enough for anyone to understand the actual gameplay can be challenging and mind numbingly hard at times as you are forced to use your head (that thing above your neck) and devise new and interesting ways to accomplish your task.
