synopsis
The movie starts with a bang (in more ways than one) when a late-night tryst turns into a deadly dismembering sure to delight Lorena Bobbit and all her ilk. As the story progresses, we quickly learn that two dead-ringers (both played by Horsey… a very pretty girl saddled by a rather unfortunate name) are in the running for the honor of Most Diabolical Serial Murderess. There is no question there are two different people who look alike, so as the movie progresses, we viewers are simply left twiddling our thumbs waiting for the inevitable showdown at the end.
The blood and gore is kept to a maximum, even in the watered-down version. For those viewing the unrated cut, Twisted Sisters offers a bloodtide of sex, nudity, severed body parts, roiling guts, vomit, and oh so much more.
