Nou numită la Ambasada Americană de la Londra într-un post important, Kate Abbott (Milla Jovovich) se trezește implicată în centrul unui scandal internațional când scapă la limită dintr-un atac cu bombă soldat cu morți, dar care i se înscenează ei.
