Fugar încă din 1987, Bumblebee își găsește refugiu într-un atelier dintr-un orășel maritim din California.

Charilie, o fată care urmează să împlinească 18 ani, și care încearcă să-și găsească un loc al ei pe lume, îl descoperă pe Bumblebee, cu răni adânci din bătălii trecute, și aproape nefuncțional.
