Filmul Cop Car este un thriller incitant care spune povestea a doi băieți (Travis & Harrison) care au gasit accidental o masina de politie, aparent abandonata, pe care o iau pentru a se distra. Poliția incepe a urmari masina și apoi incepe această acțiune de povestea cu elemente incitante. Mai mult decât atât, un serif (Kevin Bacon) din micul oraș are scopul de a obține masina înapoi cu orice pret. pentru că masina detine un secret care ii pune in pericol cariera lui, în principal pentru că el este un politist corupt.
