După ce l-a salvat pe Scooby-Doo și banda lui de niște ticăloși cu adevărat periculoși, Batman apelează la ajutorul lui Mystery Inc. pentru a-l ajuta să-și rezolve unul dintre puținele cazuri nerezolvate, când apar noi informații. Între timp, ei trebuie să se ocupe și de un nou personaj misterios, care se numește "Manta Crimson", si care intenționează să preia Gotham City.
