Pentru prima dată, vi se spune povestea completă a omului care a schimbat Europa, īncepānd din 1793, cānd era un tānăr căpitan de artilerie, şi pānă astăzi. Documentarul a fost filmat īn peste 70 de locaţii, cu participarea celor mai importanţi experţi īn domeniu din lume. Timp de peste 20 de ani, din 1793 şi pānă īn 1815, īntreaga Europă a fost centrul de operaţiuni al unui tānăr căpitan de artilerie care avea să devină īmpărat. Povestea sa se īmbină cu istoria Europei secolului XIX. De la armate şi diplomaţi la importanţi demnitari ai statelor, de la familia imperială la anturajul său, de la oponenţii săi la ultimii şi cei mai loiali prieteni care l-au īnsoţit pe Sf Elena, iată istoria completă a lui Napoleon, fără concesii.
