pai ala e administrator daca nu l-ai creat cu drepturi restranse.
daca nu ti-ai pus parola pe userul default Administrator incearca sa te loggezi cu userul Administrator si la parola nimic. ENTER.

da dar vreau sa imi apara ecranul de "welcome" astfel incat sa pot alege inre contul de administrator si user de ex. cand intru in safe mode imi pare asa ceva dar cand bootez normal intru direct in GUI.

Administratorul este pitit. Trebuie sa apesi de doua ori pe ctrl-alt-del in logon screen sa iti apara si Administratorul. Te loggezi ca Administrator si in Control Panel - Users iti creezi inca un user cu drepturi de administrator

Start -> Run -> Regedit
Navigate the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
Add the DWORD value ‘Administrator’ with a value of "1"
