Writer-director Larry Cohen's sequel to his 1974 sci-fi horror film 'It's Alive!'. Another couple expecting a baby, the Scotts (Frederic Forrest and Kathleen Lloyd) are visited by a stranger (John P. Ryan) who warns them, to their horror, that their unborn baby is a mutant monster. The man takes the couple to the hideout of an underground organisation, who claim they will protect the baby from a rival task force dedicated to eradicating these monster infants.
