The Realtek RTS 5158 Card Reader is not listed at Realtek but there are drivers available from ASUS for the F5SL notebook which may work. It's called a Ricoh card reader but the chipset is Realtek.
The touchpad should work by default like a mouse and any drivers available would only enhance its use.
