Here is the minibook:

(300 DPI, untouched, moire on, ~A5 size)
When somebody does the aftertouch of this minibook and the covers included, then this should be marked complete.
I know that it's my opinion only, but missing of some elements should not mean, that an issue is incomplete, for example:
if a heinz katchup product sampe, or ting kiwi juice powder is missing only, an issue should be makred complete. these autocollants you marked as missing are just product samples from Panini. (Maybe in your country these sticker albums are available too.) a small set was droped from these, but to collect all the possible stickers, is impossible. 
I dont know is there any standard for the scans but i think the following should be:
-300 DPI (when we have all the issues in 300 DPI, i dont want to do a rescan in 600 DPI because of human greed)
-Moire On (in the bubbles of a comics there is some noise at the texts, if this is not switched on.
-an issue can be complete, withou a missing product sample
Maybe later, i think a 3d scan of the disassembled gadget parts will be a good option.
