Am si eu o intrebare Folosesc truecrypt si am incercat sa creez un fisier / folder in my documents dar nu stiu cum sa-l folosesc Imi apare cu extensia file si nu doc sau altceva Stie cineva cum se foloseste un fisier criptat...MS....

Truecrypt lucreaza la nivel de partitie sau drive. Presupun ca ai incercat sa creezi un volum cu Truecrypt, nu un fisier. Truecrypt creeaza un drive virtual criptat in interiorul unui fisier (.raw, .iso, .img, ...). Extensia nu conteaza, deoarece fisierul este folosit doar ca si container pentru virtual drive.

In legatura cu FAT vs. NTFS, cel mai bine intelegi diferenta aici

128 biti in sistemul simetric (AES) sau 1024 in sistemul asimetric este mai mult decat suficient. (nu si pentru NSA  )
