Actor Steve 'The Great Escape' McQueen was arrested for drunk driving in 1972 . He was later convicted of reckless driving. Rather disturbingly in 1969 Manson family member Susan Atkins told her cellmate that Steve McQueen, Richard Burton, Tom Jones, and Frank Sinatra are on their "death list." McQueen died in 1980 of a form of lung cancer related to asbestos exposure.
