Sabrina este fata soferului familiei Larrabee si care a fost indragostita inca de foarte mica de David Larrabee. David fiind foarte rasfatat si afemeiat nu o bagase deloc in seama pe Sabrina. Dupa o excursie la Paris in care acesta devine bucatareasa, ea se intoarce ca o femeie foarte sofisticata, iar David devine rapid atras de ea.
Linus, fratele lui David observa ce se intampla si incepe sa se teama ca David ar putea renunta la logodna sa si prin urmare firma familiei ar pierde o groaza de bani. Prin urmare Linus decide sa-i separe pe Sabrina si David, iar cea mai simpla metoda pare a fi aceea de a-si incalca principiile si de a o seduce chiar el.
